Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Manager/Director to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified insurance adjusters and appraisers for our fast-growing specialty claim services firm. Your ability to identify top talent, foster relationships, and ensure compliance with industry and company requirements will be critical to the success of our recruiting efforts.

Location: US - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Proactively source and recruit insurance adjusters and appraisers through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.

  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, certifications, and experience to ensure alignment with Ampion Group’s company requirements.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, acting as a trusted partner throughout the recruitment process.

  • Job Matching: Collaborate with executive leadership and team leads to understand staffing needs and match qualified candidates to appropriate areas.

  • Onboarding Support: 
    • Facilitate the onboarding processes for recruits, including paperwork, training coordination, and system setup.
    • Verify credentials and maintain accurate records.
    • Ensure all candidates meet licensing and regulatory requirements for insurance adjusters.

  • Strategic Planning: Track and report recruitment activities, such as sourcing metrics, time-to-fill, and candidate satisfaction, along with utilizing historical company data to target specific regional needs to meet the demand of our growing company.

Qualifications:

  • Education:A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred) but not required.

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in claims handling in the Property and Casualty industry.
    • 2+ years of recruitment or management experience within the insurance or claims industry.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance adjusting roles, certifications, licenses, and industry-specific requirements.

  • Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong ability to discern applicant’s ability to meet Ampion Group standards.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Travel: Applicants should be prepared to travel throughout the year to attend industry conferences, job fairs, and events, etc.
