Chief Claims Officer

With 30+ years of experience in construction, real estate, and insurance adjusting, Augustine is a licensed Residential and Commercial Building Contractor. His roles have spanned independent commercial and residential field adjuster, dispute resolution mediator, loss consultant, appraiser, umpire, fact witness, and quality assurance specialist across a range of commercial and residential insurance losses.

With more than 20 years of experience in the claims industry, especially catastrophe operations, claims operations, earthquake claims, training, and field management, Stacy brings a wealth of knowledge, military background and expertise to her new position. Her proven track record of driving positive outcomes and delivering impactful results makes her an invaluable addition to the Ampion Group.

Vice President Claims Litigation Strategy

With 20 years in claims, Trent brings vital expertise to this role. His prior experience includes managing vendor and desk adjuster resources, handling overflow and CAT claims, ensuring the Litigation Strategy Division is well-equipped for dispute resolution. In an industry filled with disputes and complexities, Trent recognizes the crucial importance of equipping litigators with the necessary resources and expertise.

With 30 years as a Firefighter/EMT and two decades in pastoral counseling, Chris transitioned into property adjusting and appraisals. Proficient in various claim processes, including dispute resolution, he now utilizes his strong communication and people skills to recruit, maintain a professional support staff for clients, and foster a positive work environment for team members.
