Status Updates:
The Ampion appraiser will provide updates on status changes (contact, inspection scheduled, inspected, etc..) and provide 20-day updates (as required) until the file is completed.
File Review:
Upon completion of the appraisal assignment, the appraiser will submit the complete file to our QA unit for review. While we cannot change, alter, or influence the appraisal process or award, we do review 100% of the appraisal files. We do this to ensure the accuracy of the documents, reports, etc. This is also completed for coaching opportunities with our appraisers.
Completed File:
We will submit the completed appraisal assignment via email and attach all of the related documents and our invoice. We deliver 100% file review for accuracy, completeness, documentation quality, and coaching opportunities.
